Scope
Define the decision, requirements and evidence gaps. Agree the work, fee and timeline.
We help investors, companies and governments evaluate technology through expert insight and independent field testing.
Understand what end users need, validated in the field
Schedule a Call ↗A component can perform well while creating problems elsewhere in the system or operational workflow. A successful test can depend on specialist support the customer will not have. We examine those dependencies and explain what they mean for the decision-maker.
We work alongside your technical team, connect findings across disciplines and identify where further evidence is needed. You receive the findings, their implications and the next actions in one assessment.
AI tools help us find, organize and compare technical and market information. Specialists check the sources and assess their relevance.
Experienced practitioners define the assessment, work with operators and interpret results in context. They are responsible for the conclusions.

Technical due diligence, independent field testing, deployment readiness and technology intelligence for investment, acquisition and procurement decisions.
We assess technical claims, system performance, integration and operational risks, manufacturing, supply chain dependencies and the team’s ability to deliver.
You receive: An independent report with findings, risks, and recommendations.
Explore technical due diligence ↗We test systems in relevant operating conditions and collect performance data and operator feedback.
You receive: Test results, identified gaps, and a prioritized list of improvements.
Explore field validation ↗We evaluate customer requirements, integration, maintenance, support, and operational costs.
You receive: A readiness assessment and a clear plan to address deployment gaps.
Explore deployment readiness ↗We identify relevant companies, assess technical fit, and support structured evaluations with specialists and operators.
You receive: Technology assessments, comparisons, and ongoing evaluation support.
Explore technology intelligence ↗Gathering feedback from end users on how they would manage multiple drones from one platform.
Evaluating passive radio-frequency detection for counter-drone use.
Assessing an autonomous underwater vessel before deployment.
Evaluating software used to manage vertical takeoff and landing operations.
Reviewing a company’s drone-in-a-box technology and how it fits the intended use.
Checking technical claims and identifying evidence gaps ahead of an acquisition decision.
Define the decision, requirements and evidence gaps. Agree the work, fee and timeline.
Review the claims, work with specialists and operators, and test where the question requires it.
Receive the findings, their implications and the actions to take before you commit.

Independent technical and operational diligence to identify risks that could affect investment decisions and future deployment.

The proposal identifies the specialists, their roles and relevant experience for your assessment.
We work alongside your technical team. We add operator and buyer perspectives, test assumptions in relevant conditions and explain the implications for integration, cost and deployment.
We quote against the scope: the systems involved, access, locations, specialists and testing required. After the first call, you receive a proposed fee and deliverables before committing. Ongoing support can be scoped separately.
The timeline depends on the decision deadline, available evidence and access to the system and operators. We agree a schedule before work starts and identify any dependencies, such as site access or test permissions.
For an initial review, we need the question you are trying to answer and the evidence already available. Field work may also require access to the system, technical team, operators, logs and a suitable test location. We agree confidentiality and access before starting.
You speak with Shay about the system, the decision and your deadline. We identify what is known, where evidence is missing and whether we can help. If there is a fit, the next step is a proposed scope, fee and timeline.
You receive the findings, supporting evidence, limitations and recommended next actions. We distinguish what was observed from what remains unverified and explain what each finding means for your investment, procurement or deployment decision.
